Certification
B.lotti maintains an Integrated Management System that is essential to meeting the needs of customers and employees, while also contributing to environmental preservation. Compliance with this policy and its requirements is certified by Bureau Veritas.
ESG
Sustainability, process excellence, and care for people have been part of B.lotti's essence for over a decade. In January 2026, we launched the Institutional and ESG Report for the year 2025, consolidating in a structured way the commitments that already guide our actions and increasing management transparency.
Today, we operate with proper waste disposal, reuse of rags, 70% of waste recycled, more than 50% women in leadership positions, and 100% of employees with access to whistleblowing channels, among other indicators that reflect our environmental, social, and governance responsibility.
